Notice vibration

Hi. My M796 2012 had a notice vibration after i change the right fork (due to minor accident) and change a new tires (with rims alignment etc). My question is that, is it the vibration due to tire/rims or because of fork or anything else ?
When the first time i rode the bike, i feel the same condition like this and i things it is normal, until i had an accident and my dealer change a lots of things on the bike, then after that the bike run smoothly. But until yesterday after changing the fork and tires, the problems is back. The vibration make my palm numb and my foots rattle and my side mirrors loose nut after riding half hour.
