Ok so I had an MWR air filter on my streetfighter and it was pretty much the only one that completely sealed the air box. So naturally I wanted to put one on my Monster. Well I think the pictures tell it all. The small restricted one is the K&N the large gaping hole! Is MWR. I Love this company's products! Oh by the way anyone want to buy a K&Nathan filter?
Are all these aftermarket filters really that much better than the stock one? I read different posts where people had the bike on dyno and they got better results with the stock filter. I ordered a BMC one with the Akra full system, but not sure if I will use it though.
I haven't seen the stock filter. Clearly it has to be better. Plus MWR does a great job sealing the air box from any debris. Not sure if anyone has a dyno run with this filter. Stupid auto correct my title. Was supposed to be MWR.
My M1200 (dimsport rapidbike EVO unlocked) dyno'd worse numbers and rough idle with a K&N filter vs stock, so i am running stock. this MWR looks amazing tho, i too would love to see stock vs MWR dyno.
