City Cycle Werkes Scratched my Wheels

Well, I just got a tire put on at City Cycle Werkes on Ellis Street here in San Francisco and the guy that swapped out my rear tire scratched up my wheels where he pried off the old balancing weights on both sides of the wheel.

I called in and they wouldn't even accept responsibility for their carelessness. And I know the guy who did the work cares about his own bike because he had a pristine 80's BMW GS that we talked about for a while when I dropped mine off.

Pissed me off pretty good, I know they are just wheels and if a rock had hit them while riding I wouldn't even be thinking about it. Oh well, its just another shitty motorcycle shop in the city. I guess the drive across town to Desmoto Sport is a small enough hassle for reliable work.
