Who the fuck is complaining? The original post was so wrong it made me cringe, so I corrected the OP.
If you were more than borderline literate, you would also have seen that my statement regarding ownership was conditional. But it really doesn't matter. First, I was too restrictive in my statement. He probably need not even have an ownership interest. I am sure the sales agreement is broader than that and includes conduct such as administration and perhaps even moderation of competing forums/websites. Second, it's not for me or you to say. I'm sure VS will perform their due diligence, and will ultimately decide whether to pursue any remedies.
