Default My loss = Your gain! Frame sliders for sale. *Sale pending*

So I went out on a limb...seeing as all our beloved beasties use the same trellis style frame and mounting points... and bought a set of frame sliders for my 916. I figured since 99.9% of all Ducati sliders mount in the same location, regardless of model, they'd work.

So here's my dilemma... The included motor mount pin is 12mm in diameter. The early 916's have a 10mm pin. I could drill out my cases and frame, but seriously.... why? :P

They are a set of Puig (you know, the windscreen folks) sliders that mount via a replacement top motor mount pin. Very simple, very solid. I found them at Cycle Gear, on clearance for $35.

They've only been taken out of the package, for "eyeballing" reasons, and never modified or attempted to install. Retail is $85 on these. I'm just looking to get what I paid for 'em...$35. And heck, if'n ya wants, I can even puts 'em on fer ya, if'n ya come on by. [thumbsup]

What year is it? Pre-2000 had 10mm mounts.

Nice, thanks brotha. My bike won't be here for another day or two. I'll head over to your pad to pick them up as soon as the damn delivery truck decides to drop off my new bike.

No worries. I've got some appointments at the VA Hospital tomorrow, then Tuesday I'll be up at Infineon w/ Tigre, sorting out some issues with the race bike. Otherwise, I'm around all week. No worky with busted back. :P
