All he has to do is report that his truck was stolen and he'll walk, I almost guarantee it.

Sometimes it's sad to see us get so caught in legal loop holes that we don't do what's right. But then on the other hand who gets to decide what's right?

It's just sad to see people not live up to the actions they've committed.

This cannot stand. People in cars acting badly have got to be held accountable. I'll put my vigilante instincts aside for now, but this kind of crap needs to stop >

But do be careful and go extra slowly on Panoramic. The pavement sucks, it's often wet, there are lots of trees, and cars regularly pass over double-yellows. Save your throttle for the racetrack or other areas where you can see cars coming for miles ahead.

Any ideas who it was? God, I hope it's no one here.
What a mess. RIP rider. I'm shaking my head thinking about how insane these situations are when your involved.
How could you run? What's happening?

Hopefully with the time of day (afternoon) and the fact that the truck wasn't stolen will make it easy to place the owner at the wheel. The truck slid down a 30ft embankment, hopefully the driver hit teh steering wheel or something and is cut up of left some DNA behind. They should be able to make it stick since it is a fatality, not just property damage.

RIP :'( fallen rider
