Default Beee-yyooooo--teee--fulll ride

Michael Moore and I did 'short' ride up PCH this morning. I say 'short' because that's what it was supposed to be. But it was so frickin' amazing out, we just kept heading north. We didnt' get any pics because we were too busy to stop. ;D

Mill Valley over Panoramic to Stinson. Highway 1 through Pt. Reyes, Tomales, Bodega Bay, almost to Jenner. E on 116 toward Guernville. Down to OCcidental. Back out to ocean at Bodega. PCH all the way back to Mill Valley.
Here's a map of the route.

147 miles.
Good road conditions.
Sunny.
Clear.
Not too cold.
Few cars.

AWESOME!!!!

+1

It was fantastic. The hills are so green it almost hurts. A male turkey doing the big feather show thing outside of Olema. Huge surf in Bodega Bay. Motocrossing from Monte Rio to Occidental (sorry 'bout that Spidey!) And the roads almost completely free of tourists. Life does not get much better.

No, it really doesn't. The only way it coulda been better is if we hadn't turned around and come back. ;D >

I was kinda thinking of doing just that after picking up the rent-a-bikes, maybe staying in the mill valley area sat night and heading north on Sunday morning. Now it sounds better than before [thumbsup]
