Perhaps I should preface this... The last one: Home made Pasta Clinic
We had a home made pasta and pizza clinic not to long ago that was some seriously good eating. It would appear that those who love hand made Italian bikes also love hand made Italian food. ;D
Why not? We got together and eat and drank well. So many have requested a second Pasta Clinic we should do it again.

We have in a big-ass kitchen in the city:

Gnocchi chef √
Pizza Chef √
Home grown heirloom tomatoes √
Pasta Chef... √

What do you want to bring?
What else do we need?

Sunday 3/16 sound good , do not forget 3/30 ride after that D store BBQ & beer with GP show.

Sunday, the 16th works for me. But I can do either, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

Actually, there may be one in August, why not? Its a bit far off though.
