We took 1 back. Sunday was just a very windy day. Which made the ride very tiring.
I just wish I didn't have to go into LA, since Freeways are so boring :P

Ah, yeah. The wind can really take it out of you, especially going north when it's a headwind.

Yeah it was a 30 to 40 mph headwind for most of the day. It was brutal. Thankfully only a few scary moments with side gusts when on the curvy bits of 1. The ride down was sublime though... I just paid for it with the ride home

Yeah, try those gusts on a little scooter!

Still, it's a great ride. Anyone who owns a bike in CA and doesn't do it at least once in their lives is nuts, as far as I'm concerned.
