The first mod that I make to any new visor is the addition of a Fog City visor insert. Bye-bye, foggy visors [thumbsup]

The Scorpion's do have an anti-fog visors that have yet to see ANY fog on... I have been REALLY happy with my helmet up to this point. The wind in the eyes isn't bad unless you're going fast or it's windy outside... either way those are both times when I'd like to be able to see.

The Shoei RF-1000 has a good vent system and is easy to control while riding and wearing gloves. In addition, it has one of the best visors around.

Yeah I posted a link to that same topic in the Gear section.. I'll probably pass on them just because of that. I tried on the Shoei RF-1000 but my chin seemed really exposed and seemed funny... So I passed.

i had a HJC maximus, nice lid and it worked well in wind conditions. it was on the heavy side but overall a good helmet that worked as advertised in a crash.
