In the fall (just before snow hits), i'll put the bike in the back corner, plug in the charger and just forget about it. I try to keep it out of any pathways and also out of site...just completely forget about it until the snow starts disappearing. Don't touch it, don't look at it, don't sit on it, don't smell it, and most importantly...don't make eye contact It's just too painful to keep being reminded that the bike is there but can't be ridden.

Well the weather outside may be frightful but Monday when it started to head above 10 Celsius I stuck the battery back in and warmed it up outside and put my ever shrinking leathers on and went for a tour of local coffee shops (after checking tire pressures). I only had one pillock in a jetta pull in front of me, I was so happy to be riding I didn't even get mad at the stupid box driver.(Sun was shining and I was riding) stupid cars. Back to reality washed it off for about 1/2 hour before stick it back inside and on its stands. Gotta go get gas for my snowblower (its kind like having a small engined harley in the garage that you don't ride on the road)
Come on Spring.
