After reading the post about the two Ducati dudes in North Bay I thought I will start a thread about a Monster Trip up North can coincide with Sport Bike rally or even the DOCC thing they do in early July too, or as a stand alone. Hell invite the boys from the Montreal Monster group I'm sure a few would come. Some awesome roads up there no matter which way you come from. If we do it same time as the Rally the speed traps should be mostly 100 kms or so away from us (in case I speed up going down a hill with the throttle closed) What say you all.......................... :-\ Hell I could bribe my kid to drive my truck and trailer up. 16ft enclosed box (with lots of tie downs in case of any issues). Is anyone up for this or are we only caffeine swilling track day mongering monster riders?

When is the sportbike rally? It might be worth the ride over.

Sorry Brad, been out of town the last couple of weeks. As long as I'm in town I would make it out. Still pissed I'm missed the DOCC ride last year.

I agree we should try to get some Monster run sometime this year.

Great the sportbike rally is in Parry Sound it was awesome back in the 90's but it is now a haven for the cops to prey on anyone for the slightest infraction. It could be a starting point we could head East through Algonquin and then down through Bancroft even hook up with DOCC they do something that weekend (that would be cool). Pango we ride as fast as our slowest rider (no pressure) this is fun and I promise you will have a good time and not be pressured into being a hero (thats just stupid) everyone try's to follow the PACE. Brett I have to run around tomorrow till at least 3.00Pm are you around tomorrow afternoon, maybe ride time eh?

Plan sounds good, I should have the bike broken in by then....(hopefully), be nice if some others can come out.

As for tomorrow, sorry old buddy, I'm off to Winnipeg for the next few days. I'm in the middle of my busy season travelling all over the place. Thanks for the offer though.
