Port Dover 13th

Not sure if I'm in Town but just trying to get together with some other monster riders, is anybody planning a rip to the Friday 13th bash in Dover next week? Maybe a swing down along the lake road to Long Point or whatever. My son may have his RD350 or something else back on the road by then so I may have to go at a slightly reduced pace.

Sorry haven't been in town much...way too much air travel. Anyway, planning on heading down on Friday for a little trip. Let me know if their are any others.

I think I'll be going down the weather looks good, I may have the company of my son and his friend (don't worry they are not riding cruisers) I have seen a red and a black monster around town occasionally. I'll post when the time is closer or give me a call.

Brantford area but will probably meander a bit East (or maybe West) before heading South. I'll post time and direction as soon as I can get info organized (tomorrow) may leave earlier but can always hook up in Dover then go for a ride along Front road (or whatever).

We are going to meet at The Williams (coffee) in Brantford 10:30 head out from there take some backroads though they will all have cruisers on them (two and four wheel type) some you can strafe (some you can't). Sorry for delay in this post I'm sure that we will go for a jaunt on some curvy roads in the afternoon so I'm if you park near the Italian restaurant that was the old Tim Hortons (right next to the new one) main junction down town. Hopefully we can get together and talk Monster hope to see some of you there. If not it's still fun to spectacle to watch.

Had a great time busiest I have seen it 7 Monsters spotted (probably more) a couple of sweet machines (special note awesome retro MHR) and a few bitchin cruisers and a whole bunch of old crap cruisers and Harley's there was more leather tassels on the main drag than Gay Pride probably See's at their parade. (not that there is anything wrong with that I suppose). Carbon fibre is not for everyone ( but it sure is for me) Brett from the site my girlfriend on her 750M and myself had a decent run down but only strafed a handful of Harley's, got decent parking (part bravado part fluke) pretty uneventful ride home. It was nice to be involved with that Sea of motorcycling that is Dover on a Friday the 13th, though not really a sportbike set up I have never felt marginalized or threatend there (thats amazing with my mouth).
