Anyone going to the sportbike rally this Friday or Saturday? I know it's not as good as it used to be but hey it's still a cool run. I know that DOCC is out and about around Bancroft, just wondering if anyone was going up and would they mind company?

Yeah I guess a few do just that, so much talk of riding and nobody can get away (all my friends are tied up with family and other commitments), oh well guess I just wait for a ride Sunday morning with some friends when they can get away. I was hoping that more people on this site (with Monsters) were as irresponsible with their commitments as I am when i comes to tearing pavement.

Agree Brad. Just got back from Italy ,and it is a bike insane culture there after 3 weeks over there brought a new perspective on riding , funny as hell to see guys on sport bikes in suit and ties riding around Italy. The amazing part is that the cagers have total respect for the bikes .
Should be posting pics shortly of the Ducati Factory ,some amazing bikes in the museum ,highlight of the trip.

I love Italy went to the plant with my oldest son back in Sept 95 later rented scooters and got lost in the hills outside Florence truly magical. Plant was awesome too, though I'm sure with not just Superbike but moto GP success and building 1098's and Hypermotards flying out the door they are probably even more proud than normal. I need to check my 649 tickets I would buy a little place just outside Florence.(with a big garage)

Corbo, did you do the World Ducati weekend last time you were in ItalY?

I was there that week , insane on the the Saturday from all directions on the autostrada you saw Ducatis heading to the track ( packs of 10 bikes at a time ).
