Default Hello from Your AMSOIL Factory Connection Dealer Group

Your AMSOIL Factory Connection Dealer Group is your newest forum sponsor. Most of you are already familiar with our product line, especially our motorcycle products, and may already be using them in your bikes and other vehicles. The participating AMSOIL dealers making up this group are offering special discounts for forum members so if you decide to use AMSOIL products check with them before purchasing locally or on line as our prices are the same no matter where you live in the USA or Canada. We plan to occasionally contribute some generic technical information concerning lubricants and filtration when asked and hope to have a long-term forum relationship.

nice introduction and thank you for your support....

now down to the nitty gritty...

what oil do you have that now meets or exceeds the superfluous Mobil1 V-Twin formula 20w50 from one of our own members here's findings (who is a fluid engineer) http://www.ducatimonster.org/smf/ind...opic=38314.725

and also...what kind of deal are you able to make on the EaO filters for our application (EAOM138C) ?...I know what I can currently get them for, but am interested in seeing what kind of deal you can make.

zooom,

AMSOIL has the MCV 20w-50 Motorcycle Oil that is right on par with the product offering from Mobil 1. On the 10w-40 side of things AMSOIL also offers the MCF 10w-40 which would directly compare to the MX4T from Mobil 1. The AMSOIL and Mobil motorcycle products are extremely close in performance.

You can check out a Motorcycle Oil Comparison here to see just how the 2 compare. http://www.modernoils.com/media/pdf_...Comparison.pdf

For product pricing contact us through the banner links and we will get you pricing. AMSOIL does not allow public posting of discounted prices.

ok the big question...

When is the EaOM138 oil filter going to come in black instead of chrome?

There is no answer that I can provide for that. This would be a corporate decision. What I recommend for other applications where the filter only comes in chrome and someone wants black is to scuff up the paint and spray it with some BBQ grill paint. The Harley V-Rod is another filter that only comes in chrome while many customers want black.

All in all it is just a color.
