I Bought my 2010 1100 on the 30/11/09. When should I expect my Logomania kit?

I ordered my free 2nd skin (Corse) 5 weeks ago and they aren't here yet? Anyone else get theirs?

My salesperson ordered them, the person who sold me the bike.
He did it in the morning and I got a confirmation mail directly from Ducati later that day. (April 20th). here is mail I got:

This year. it would not be eligible for the free skins if I had bought it last year/

I ordered from the dealer when I bought the bike. It took about 3 months to get mine
