Hi everyone... i stumbled across the site and thought I'd say hello.
I met some of you this past Saturday on the ride from Grapevine to Muenster. Had a great time.

Turns out, the liquid that was on my zx10 wasn't oil from the leaky monster infront of me, but rather coolant leaking from the radiator. didnt see any visible signs of damage that would cause a leak, but by the time i got home just about the entire left side of the bike had dried coolant all over it. kawi said it would be atleast 2 weeks before they could even look at it do determine if its a warranty issue... i just bought that bike in april and its got less than 3k on her, so they freekin better warranty it


anywho... just dropping by to say hi and infiltrate the group... maybe next time i'll bring the aprilia or MV out to play...

Glad you found this forum... you do realize that we abandoned this forum a couple of months ago and went to the new Monster Forum. Can't say too much about it here because every time I post on this board to snag some new folks that show up (and don't know the history and the mass exodus) the new owners of this forum delete my posts. Several of them... actually every one! If you check some of the threads and dates on this local forum you will see what a ghost town this is. The new forum gets hundreds of posts every day!

I was the old fart on the '04 GSXR1000 on the Muenster ride. I posted to Barry that you were more than welcome to any of our rides and general craziness. Whether you come with Barry or not! Obviously you don't NEED a Ducati to hang with us by the obvious point of me bringing my jap sbks to rides and leaving my Ducatis at home just to aggravate people!! First time for me to actually meet Barry in person and you. I'm a stooge with names at first... please tell me yours again?

Ask Barry about the new forum's address. Good to hear from you. Sorry about the ZX10 coolant issue. I saw all that on the left lower fairing, hope it's remedied under warranty! Where did you buy it? Locally? Which shop? I'm good friends with Action Suzuki/Kawasaki in Dallas area but you live in McKinney... I think?

By the way, you're a damn good rider. Must have spent your formative years on Deals Gap!!
