Default Here we go again....maybe....oh hell why not?

Sooo....what is the opinion on a 2002 900SS Senna Edition? I have an opportunity to pick one up for a pretty decent price. Was never a "big" fan of the Terblanche styling, but overall it's a good looking machine. They only made 115 in Senna colours and the 02 is fuel injected and comes with Ohlins rear shock.

It'd have to be a hell of a deal, but I've seen uglier monsters!

I'm not a huge fan, but that's the best color combo I've seen it in. Ohlins rear is nice too.

Check the bike's features out (Owners Manual) on Ducati.com. Don't know if the front's fully adjustable (like on the 1000DS bikes).

BIKE mag (UK) really liked the 1000DS version, and Sport Rider (?) gave the 800SS good reviews for handling and stability in 'fast sweepers'...fwiw. My impression is longterm SS owners are passionate about their bikes....

I like the paint. Really don't understand why people don't like these but everyone has there own taste i guess.

fwiw, these things rule the lightweight twins at the wera races i watched when chris was racing
you're gonna need to get some adjustable fork cartridges and a better rear shock, but the bike is a great track performer and I'm willing to bet it'd be a blast on the roads!
i'd rock it
