finishing saw

does anyone have a finish saw and the skill to wield it? We bought a new full size dishwasher to replace the tiny condo unit that was here, but now the trim under the counter needs to be cut back a bit.

oh, just to clarify, I don't know what a finish saw is, but two people told me I needed one to do the job.

no luck here, sorry. I was under the impression, though, that a finish saw was essentially a circular saw with a fine tooth blade on it. What do you need done?
