Default boiling fuel?

er, stupid question time.

so I got home a few minutes ago, changed, and went back out to the garage. there is a nice boiling sound coming from the tank and gas (as in not liquid or solid) escaping through the filler. i've never noticed this before, is it going to blow up and bun my house down? if so, will my homeowner's insurance cover that? if so, bring it on! [thumbsup]

I didn't see a kink or blockage anywhere. While I was looking, however, I noticed a tube coming out of a can in the back (emissions something?) and it goes nowhere. I think it probably is supossed to, and if not, I should be able to remove it entirely?
