status on my m900 please?

to be honest, if i had known it would be this difficult, i would have brought it elsewhere.
it is now 8 days and i have not received a call back. for anything.

if i can't get this minor servicing addressed, can anyone refer me to another ducati mechanic?

called almost every day last week. then will posts saying he'll get on it. i give my email address. no calls or emails. wouldn't any reasonable person feel jerked around? i run a business and i'm very busy too, but i don't leave a client hanging like this.

as you posted and i replied, i did first thing on monday give your ro to the owner, this is because the work on the ro and the work you describe here are not the same.

everyone else, please disreguard this complaint, those who know me know that i handle every bike and cust equally and with haste.

I have to say that I have never gotten anything but speedy service/answers from Will. They might not have always been the answers that I want to hear, but they have always been quick and timely, as well as accurate. And the fact that I have bombarded him with questions from time to time makes me feel that I owe him an apology, or at least a beer.

but, umm.. warranty issues on a '99? in any case, Will's pretty much the guy there, afaik. for ducs, anyway. so I'd cut him some slack.

everyone, remember that i am not the only who talks to customers there, so sometimes things don't get to me. if it is on an ro, it will be handled.
if you talk to me in person, it will be handled. and our currrent staff up front, ivan, the service manager, and Kasey the writter are good guys and will come to me if it is something they can't answe themselves.

like i have said before, i take real pride in what i do, and especially the ducatis, they are my babies and i want them all to run right here in hawaii.

why else would i be on this forum everynight with you goofballs? [laugh]

by the way, when any duc cust asks me about good duc forums, the only one i suggest is this one, reguardless of the model they ride. [thumbsup]
