oh, and the FI on the 695 is fine, well that is once you get rid of the lambda system.
to make a duc run right at the specs they are required to have em at, is near impossible. you can make them run, but not to their potential or even how they were designed to run.
i have come to the conclusion that when you by a new model duc, you buy about 85% of the bike, the rest is in the dp kits.
the sad part is that the stock components cost alot more than the termi components.
but this seems to be ducati's way around CARB and so on.
now, there are ways to detune a bike, add more revolving mass, eliminate overlap, and so on, and it may run with a .5% CO burn, and if they do that, then that motor will not be like any other duc motor made.
We wiill end up power to displacment ratios like those in cars.
