I contacted the guy about the 748. He seemed a bit shady to my from what I remember. I will see if I can find the emails that went back and forth and let you know.

That's funny because I was thinking the 916 ad was a bit suspect. First, the seller says that he bought a brand new 2007 916. Well, first of all, we're into model year '08. Second, all ducatisti know that the 916 hasn't been made for years. Finally, he said that the dealer doesn't take trades. Well, if it's a new Ducati, then there's only 1 place to get one---South Seas---and I don't think they have a policy against trades.

I stand corrected . . . or rather, the ad was corrected. Today it reads brand new 2008 1098. Still, south seas didn't take a trade?
