Default Abbreviation?

What does this abbreviation mean? Manual CCT.

I've seen that on a couple of Craigslist ads.

Manual Cam Chain Tensioner.

Like the old Hondas. Set engine crank to certain position. Loosen the locknut & jambolt on the tensioner. Spring pushes on tensioner. Then tighten jambolt & locknut. Done.

Gorsh, I should have known that. My last bike was a 2000 CBR. At the time Honda was having trouble with the CCT on that bike and earlier F's. That and rectifiers. I was thinking of buying one of two '98 VFR's that came up on CL recently. Both owners said that the only problem they had was with the rectifier. Go figure.
