Anyone going on the FH ride Sunday?
Anyone? I'm thinking about showing up just to check it out. Unless parts come in for the 999 I'll have to take the Monster. Heck, I might take the 900 anyway cause it's bound to be an engine heating slow ride. A year and a half ago there was a guy with a MV Agusta that was having fits cause his fans weren't working. :P

Sounds like fun. Unless work gets in the way I'll be there.

Man, I'd love to, but I can't make it. Have a safe, run ride if you go.

Re: Anyone going on the FH ride Sunday?
A couple of carbon air deflector pieces that fit in the nose fairing. I had some paint work done and those pieces had to come out. Scott gave me a real good quote on stock replacement pieces but I found some carbon ones for only $20. more. It's a fetish.
My buddy wants to know if the Termi slip ons and ECU will cure the low surge on the HM. I dunno. That doesn't eliminate the cat or the O2 sensor but does the ECU alone fix all the ills?

Re: Anyone going on the FH ride Sunday?
yes it will fix it as i explained to him before.
also the half system aka slip ons includes the ecu and air box cover and muffs. and the ecu doens't get trim info from a lamda system so it reverts to manual which does eliminated the o2 sens.
tell him to do it, i tried and i promise he will be happy.
there has been no cust of mine in recent past that has not felt the dp effect was worth the money, everybody allways comes by to tell me how much better it is, the words "it's like having a new bike" have become the mantra of the dp purchaser.
