...and so it begins
step one: meet will and josh over at south seas
step two: pay the lady
step three: wait for parts :
I'm almost giddy as a schoolgirl. oh, and there's two tards in the showroom. one black w/carbon fiber, one red. teh HOTNESS!!! I wanted to throw a leg over since the seat height looked completely doable, but there was some ugly SBK in my way :P
it's been a while since I have had such lusty thoughts over a new machine... good god damn I want one!

Guess I am one of the only fools out there that isn't all fired up over the 'Tards. I think I would rather get me a 1098 instead...

Re: ...and so it begins
I'm sure it would. That is why I would not get rid of the Monster. Nothing wrong with having two Ducs now is there?

Re: ...and so it begins
i would get the reg red one, the suspension is still kick ass. then get the black plastics, very nice, with the red frame and such, and with the money from not getting the s model, i would get the full Ti system from dp, dp seat and slipper clutch.
but it's not like i think about it all the time :

You and me both then. I was down there the other day and dang if that 1098 didn't look better than I remember. Of course, it's been about a month since I've seen my 999 so that might have something to do with it.
I was riding a HM the weekend before last. My friends just don't understand how I could like my bikes (that's plural) better than it. Maybe if I rode one set up like Will describes it'd be different. I keep recommending that setup but someone doesn't want to listen to what I say.

So Teddy : What was it that you dropped so much cash on??
