Victoria Day Downtown Café-Racer-Run, Monday May 21st
Ok folks, we will be having a downtown café-hopping ride on holiday Monday the 21st. The idea is to ride as a group through downtown from one café to another for an extended lunch, with each "course" at a different spot in town. Rain date will be Sunday the 27th.
We will begin by meeting for "appetizers" at Lili & Oli on 2515 Notre Dame (near Atwater). This spot is known for some of the best espresso in town, and the owner is a bonafided petrolhead.

Next we will ride to the Croissanterie Figaro on 5200 Hutchinson (off Parc) in Outrement for lunch. La Figaro has some of the best sandwiches and quiches around and a great outdoor terrace to watch the pretty women of Outrement

Finally, for sweet desserts and final coffees we'll head to Nocochi Café on 2156 Mackay, corner of Sherbrooke and Mackay. Nocochi has a hip, avant-garde decor and sell signature mini-cookies and pastries along with some of the smoothest mochas around.

See you all there!
Cheers

This sounds great. [thumbsup] Isa is working Monday, which makes me Mr. Mom to Julia (our daughter). I'll see what I can swing, I'd really like to make it. Just cored my pipes and it would be fun to play hooligan in the city.

Nice! I'll try to make it. I can leave home for a couple of hours but not all day. Have a new pup at home so... Great Idea.
