Hello everyone,

I read last week about the mechanics from MotoEuropa opening their own shop, yes its true. I stopped by on Thursday and checked out the shop. The guys were very friendly and gave me a tour. Looks like they will be selling lots of merchandise besides having 2 factory trained Ducati mechanics and a Dyno. The good news is that they are charging $60 an hour and we don't have to drive the beach for service and try and figure out a ride home.

I am dropping my bike off for the 6k once it gets warmer, asked about a powercommander that I had and if they thought I needed to have it mapped, Joey said he would give it a free pass on the Dyno to see if it was needed during my service. I am impressed and they have won over my business.

Please everyone go by and support our local shop, Joey said once he has the shop running smoothly he would like to start having bike shows and misc events.

I would like to meet some new riders, so maybe we can all meet up there sometime.

Ya, I must say, those guys have been great to me so far. I went in the shop today to pick up a t-shirt for my friend's b-day and they actually remembered who I was after only seeing me twice before. Your not going to get that from Velocity Motorsports. Glad they opened that shop. I don't like to ride I-64 to the beach. It would be cool to have a Richmond area Monster/Ducati event this spring. My fore mentioned friend and I are the only people we know with Ducs and it would be cool to have more to ride with.

Yes great shop. I had my 6k service done, they just called me yesterday to pick it up, but with all the rain I will wait until tomorrow. They were very helpful and talked me thru all the steps. I aslo had them put a powercommander on and dyno. I will post the results when I pick up the bike. A great asset to Richmond.

Ya man. Probally wont be till the middle to end of next week. I need to put the bike back together and take it up to Richmond Superbike on tue. to have the belts changed and the throttle bodies tuned.

If I was you, I would call them tomorrow and let them know you are bringing your bike down so they can order the belts if they do not have them in stock. Save yourself some time.
