Re: Has anyone riden the Blue Ridge Pkwy all the way down to So. Va.?
I'm not sure of your skill level but if you are an experieced rider you will find yourself bored quickly or tempting a ticket. Riding a ducati or any other sport bike for that matter you really want to challenge some of those turns, but with a posted speed limit of 45 you cannot do it. If on the other hand you are not that expereinced it is a gerat road to teach you smoothness, the real trick to moving quickly thorugh the twistys. Depending on where you start and end, the BRP will take you more then a day,but less than 2 to get to So. Va.. If you want alternatives that include the BRP - I know a few roads - Gene
