Default Euro motorsports is going to race an 848 in the CCS series!

Last season they raced a Triumph 675 - this season they are going to put an 848 (I want a white one ;D) on the track! Should be exciting to see what this bike can do!

"Scottsdale, Arizona (1.17.08) Euro Motorsports, premier motorcycle dealership and
performance tuning center announce, Euro Motorsports Racing Ducati 848 race plans.
Just off the tails of a highly successful 2007 racing season in which Team Rider Rory
Palmer clinched Heavyweight Superbike & Middleweight GP Titles as well as the overall
#2 plate in the CCS Southwest Series, Euro Motorsports Racing plans to campaign the
just released Ducati 848 Superbike.

“We are super excited to have the opportunity to campaign this motorcycle (Ducati 848)
for the 2008 season. Our program is full circle and designed to work in conjunction with
our new, Euro Motorsports Performance Tuning Center. This combination will truly
allow us to showcase our ability on and off the track,” says team owner David Slepak.
Asked about the new Ducati, Team Rider Rory Palmer says, “The Ducati is incredible
and working closely with all of the Euro Motorsports Team members is really great. We
developed a bike from the ground up last year with unbelievable results; the Ducati 848
should be even more rewarding.”

Euro Motorsports Racing is a division of Euro Motorsports, LLC. Euro Motorsports is
owned by brothers David & Joshua Slepak. Euro Motorsports operates BMW
Motorcycles

The next race is Round 2 :: February 16-17 - Firebird East

It should be fun to see how the bike stacks up against the competition, especially in the capable hands that will be piloting it. 8)

Good news. Maybe I'll be able to take a day off and come see the races this year. The 848 should be sweet.
