M900 cromo shark mufflers

i bought some used shark high mounts and pipes for my 99 m900 they look right but are too wide between the footrest brackets and the swingarm although they fit the header ok, anyone know why this is, i shouldnt have too put spacers and longer bolts in the footrest brackets, any ideas??

also i dont have a bracket to attach the mufflers to the frame, just the clamps around the mufflers
does anyone know where i can buy one

There were spacers on the rearset mounts to make room for the pipe to fit between
