TPO Parts - are they reliable? - Ducati Monster Forums: Ducati Monster Motorcycle Forum

I ordered a Beast-R kit and crankcase breather for my 1100s, but its been a month since order & it's not arrived and TPO can't provide a tracking number for the International delivery that I paid for. Is this something that I should worry about and has anyone actually had good results from them?

If it all goes wrong, are there any other suppliers of the parts?

I've bought a shit ton of Ti stuff from them. Always had my parts within a day or two, granted I live about 200 miles from their shop. We talked at length once about making custom axles for my Paul Smart but I finally decided I could use the money elsewhere as the price was going to be a bit high for parts that were already working. If something broke, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to talk to them about making me a replacement part in titanium.

A good outfit, like CRMike I have a bunch of stuff from them, shipped to the UK no problem.

TPO parts have always gone out of their way for me and have even made custom machined parts for my bike. Maybe due to the holidays and customs on both ends of the water has delayed your items. I would hold fast, and give another week or two. You will be happy when you get you items. Have a great New year,

Your parts may be tied up with customs. I once shipped a part from the us to Canada and customs wanted payment from the recipient in order to release the shipment. Somehow it got tied up in a security inspection, apparently they charge the recipient for this!

I'm hanging on, but it's been over a month from order, & I haven't even been given a tracking no. I don't think I can get an equivalent though.

I ordered some parts from them a few weeks ago with no issues. I think they are pretty standup guys so hopefully you'll see your stuff soon!

I have had great success with multiple orders and everything fit well and had great instructions.
