It was done with a dremel. Outlined the areas i wanted cut, sanded edges all the way up to 2000 grit sandpaper. Cut plexiglass and holes within with the dremel as well..... More sanding to make edges flawless and transparent. Then riveted in place

I will have to pull it off the bike but help you in the meantime the plexiglass overlaps up to 1/4 ". Make sure enough plexiglass is around the rivited areas or it will split. I had to use rivet washers to prevent this.

Mmmmm. nope. Don't like it. Little to redneck for me. Kinda like cutting a hole in the hood of a Corvette so you can see the chrome air cleaner underneath.
