Best Aftermarket Seat
I've been looking at some seats since my passenger complains a ton. I don't understand the difference between the touring seat, ducati custom comfort seat, high performance seat and a Sargent world sport seat. Any one have any experiences with these? I'm just looking for more comfort and hoping to buy the best one.

I have the Sargent seat and it is wider than stock. It's also world's more comfortable. I'll never go back to the oem seat. I don't know about the pillion area, since Monster's aren't really that great with 2-up. My guess is the passenger won't be comfortable on any Monster seat. YMMV.

So the $350 price point is worth it? I emailed a dealer and they said people swear by it

I've been very pleased with my Saddlemen seat, but since I don't carry passengers I can't speak to the passenger comfort benefits. I have the Track style and it is so comfortable I wish my fuel tank held more fuel. With the stock seat I was looking forward to each fuel stop .

you might consider taking the oem seat to a good auto upholster and they can add/change the foam padding and of course recover it nicely to suit your taste...

I would say, yes, the $350 is worth a Sargent seat. Of all the mods I've done, it's the one I like the best.

I just bought the Sargent, going to install it next week so I will update then but dealer said people always stay with Sargent once they buy it

loving my sargent seat and i wish it had cost only $350. started at $429, i think, and ended up $525 with full daytona leather. but it's the best mod i've made to my old m900 so far, by far:
