Default Slight Cosmetic Upgrade

Before

After

What I did:
- Painted headlight housing with black high build primer. Two coats.
- Painted INSIDE of turn signal with tinting paint (original clear plastic was turning yellow from the sun)
- Painted INSIDE of windscreen with black high build primer (painting the inside leaves the outside reflective/shinny giving it that dart tint look)

While I was at it, I changed out the light bulbs too. I went with the Sylvania Silverstars. They claim to be 4000K. I wanted to go with a pure white look. No yellow, blue, no purple. I'm happy to say the Silverstars are pretty close to pure white. The high beams were pure white. The low beams had a tiny hint of yellow to it (doesn't really show in photo). Funny that its the same brand and they can't even get the color to match. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the result.

Low Beam (in person there is a bit of yellow to it, at least when its viewed next to the high beam):

I like the idea of the tinted windscreen. I had my bracket powder coated black too. But I did switch out the turn signals for some barracuda LED's.

Have you noticed a difference in brightness with the new bulbs?
