Default M966 Finally Rollin !

Thought you all would like to see these pics .... Finished gettin my M966 bolted together Thursday nite to get 1050 miles to MotoGP at Laguna for Friday nite (excluding the wiring I finished up in the parking lot of the motel :0) ) .... here is the list of the mods to this bike and I am sure I will leave lots out ....

Battery box - by MaxMotors - all electrical components are mounted on box- nothing left under seat
Electrical - all by me - drastically shortened harness - removed all unnecessary circuits - all wiring to rear routed thru frame . this was a massive job and I will provide detailed photos if you want to see same..I have gone out of my way to make this ultra - neat and compact. Removed all bogus ducati connectors (except rectifier) and used bullet type single connectors - all are crimped and soldered - this way circuits are easier to isolate
Dyna coils mounted to frame under tank
Taylor plug wires
Rectifier mounted to frame under tank
Oil cooler - 1979 CBX
Oil cooler lines - Stainless Steel fabbed with Aeorquip fittings
Ducati Performance 50mm spaghetti header

Powdercoating by Ryan at Surftech - a REAL professional !
Suspension Tuning - RMR Suspension - Rod

I had this bike on Ducati Island at Laguna MotoGP and the response was excellent. I still have lots to do as I didnt have time to strip bike down to powder coat frame ... I am doing another set of triple clamps which will double as a junction for brakes ...... etc etc .. like I said I can post pics of all these mods if you would like to see....

I also want to thank everyone here on the Monster Board for all the hookups , info and references to parts ie the Ducati Spaghetti header I bought here ..

P.S. - CHECK OUT LINK TO YOUTUBE - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lmydNSheX-o THIS THING GOES LIKE A SCALDED CAT AND BARKS LIKE HECK ! ( This was with only 1\3 throttle on a fresh motor !!)
