Default Rearsets and Risers 2007 s2r1000

I noticed CycleCat is no longer making rearsets I have been looking at what is available. Does any have one have a comparison from the Rizoma, Sato, and MS Rearsets? I need to drop the pegs down a half inch to an inch.

I'm also look at risers in either 1 or 2"

I'm 6'5" tall and my handle bars seem to be a bit low, but can't decided which riser is the right one?

I'm also looking the bremo Clutch Master Cylinder, would that be an improvement over my stock clutch?

Thanks,

Joe

riser options- speedymoto, eastern cycle, genmar
different heights....you may be able to sit on the bike and get an idea how much higher you would like them to be.

your bike has a brembo clutch master. what kind of change were you trying to get?
maybe a slave cylinder is what you have in mind....

any reason why you want to change the clutch master? may be what Jeff said, did you mean the slave attached to the motor? if that's what you referring to, then it's worth it. you'll get a noticeable lighter pull on the clutch lever. If what you meant was the brake master, then i'd look in to the pads first... and that's if you have steel braided lines already.

I would think that for the clutch, all you would need is a slave. That is what I am going to do. I had an EVO and will be getting another by weeks end. It was a huge improvement

For clip-ons, we mount them above the triple on most Monsters.

These have a slight rise and are adjustable:
SPEEDYMOTO 50mm adjustable clip-ons

For slave cylinders we prefer the STM
STM Clutch Slave Cylinder: 30mm

Are you sure that you mount them above the triple? it doesnt even look like there is an 1/8" to mount. I must be looking at it wrong.

You raise the forks through the triples which gives you the room to mount them. The geometry of the bike will be changed because of this though so the rear should be adjusted accordingly.

Yeah, I checked some pics of my old Duc, and I mounted them on top. So, ultimately, if you go with clip-ons, then you need to lower the rear!?
