Default S2R (SHARK V.S. ARROW)

Ive got a TERMI on the 999 and now Im turning to the S2R and the choices are SHARK and ARROW instead of the usual TERMI (dont like the style).
The Arrow I Know and the SHARK no (sound). The looks I like the SHARK because ot that MOTOGP style. The price the shark is less 150,00.
Looking for your opinions!

Haven't seen anyone post here who has the Sharks. I think they look cool -- better than the Arrows.

I have the Arrow's on my S2R, and they are awesome, but to do it over (had they been available at the time) I would go with the Zard's.

My .02,

I like how the top pipe is longer than the lower pipe on the Sharks. This could look better with a tail chop.Further more it looks as if getting a mid-pipe to work with those would be nooo problem.

I vote Sharks,oh yeah I'm from San Jose CA. too ;D

Where can you buy the Shark exhaust?

MonsterParts carried them for a little while, but the euro distributor went away
aramis is in europe, so it is a little easier.

there is a german (http://www.fechter.de/) and italian reseller (http://www.tecnorace.com)
dunno if either ships to the US.

I have CF sharks on my M600, and love the look and sound (very deep and throaty grumble) ;D . They look different than the ones you show (I'm posting an old pic of my bike to show what they look like)...

nope, 2-2 ...
I love the sound. In what I've heard, I'd compare them mosty to Sil's in respect to sound, although the ones you showed appear different, and may sound very different. I love my sharks, and the best thing is they do sound and are unique. Buy what you want because it matches your personality, you may want to research the db level of the ones you pictured, and see if that meets your needs. Mine are mighty loud, at least compared to stock. I will now wear earplugs on long rides otherwise it takes my ears some time to adjust back down to motorcycle-off level.
