This is off topic, but does one's gas mileage improve at all with the removal of the emissions can?

It does nothing to the performance in any way.

BTW, on both my Monsters, I plugged the holes vs conecting them with a hose...

Just an FYI, I used the 1/8 vacuum caps to fit over the nipples. I didn't to change them out to the m5 bolts. It was much faster this way.

Very easy mod! took me about 20min to do. Bike looks much better.
