Turned out funny? Not that I recognize. The Rizoma bar feels very natural, and more comfortable to me than the stock bar. Clip-ons might be an option for some, but I can guarantee you that the ones shown in the picture would require a cable replacement for the clutch and throttle. Tolerance there is very tight (on my 1100 anyway). I tried a couple of bars that I liked, but the cables just weren't long enough.
If you buy the Rizoma bar from a reputable dealer, they should allow you to return them if you keep them in brand new condition (wrap the center section in a paper towel while testing the fit).
