I believe that for most of the world the ZARD baffles aren't removable (easily at least). They are tac welded into place as well as the single bolt that comes from the underneath of the silencer end cap. You should be able to see the tack weld in there. If you grind the weld you should be able to then pull the baffles out by grabbing the inner stainless tube with a pair of pliers. The inner two tubes are the baffle while the outer one is all that will be left once you remove the baffle.
If is not tack welded all you have to do is unbolt the single bolt on the bottom of the end cap and slider the baffle out as described above.
