Sorry, I guess I could've mentioned this way back when I first heard about it (last year sometime). Last I heard they started construction without getting any of the required permits (environmental ?) so all progress was halted. Hate to say it but the only professional usage I've read about was a test track for NASCAR teams.  I believe they'll be renting it out to clubs too. I really need to suck it up and buy some full leathers.
