My buddy had two white gold wedding bands that got messed up, hence the two, (not riding related) and opted to get a titanium one so it wouldn't get all scratched. That is, he was going to get one until a doctor friend of his said that most ER's aren't equipped to cut off titanium rings so if anything ever happened it would be bye bye finger.
