I normally don't bother with the warranty, but the one time I gave in and bought it for the rear tire (fronts never get nails), I picked up a nail at about 2500 miles and they credited me full tread life for the tire. I still had to pay for installation and a new warranty, so it wasn't exactly a free tire.
I don't expect to buy another tire warranty.
