I've been a big fan of the Pilot Powers.. I had three sets of them on the monster and just replaced the set on the 748 and the 'Berg has them too..
I run the original compound not the dual compounds.
I don't know of a specific place, I'm sure Ace's in Concord could do it or any other shop, like Godspeed in Oakland. Call them ahead of time since they probably don't stock tons of tires.
I had a long chat with a guy up at the Wall yesterday and he's had problems with motoshops banging up his rims while changing the tires, so if you go to a place where tires isn't one of it's number one things you might want to take note of your rims condition with the staff before you leave your bike with them.
But another thing, although it might be a 45min ride to SuperTireGuy he usually has it done it in a few hours, where a lot of bike shops you might have to leave your bike with them overnight so they can fit you in when they can...
Just my $.02, do the 45 min ride into the city, leave it with SuperTireGuy walk down the street have lunch at the Haufbrau and save a bunch of money compared to taking it to another shop.
