Hmmmm, I've never seen any other manufacturer do that off their own bat!! [thumbsup]
In my experience if there has been a problem the factory has generally "officially" not acknowledged the it and let the dealer wear the costs to keep "Good Faith" with the customer.
It seems Ducati have a far better attitude to their supporters, good on 'em. [clap]
With some Marques maybe the sticking point sometimes is the Importer and not the factory maybe????
