that was in sweden, few years back
old couple stopped @ the STOP sign, looked left, looked right, went forward only to be hit by a nut doing +/-200km/h according to the police estimates. the car was moved can't remember how many meters but it was a lot. after cleaning it up they put it up @ the motor show as a warning to other freaks with a death wish on their minds
