If you explained to the judge exactly what you posted here, I'm sure you would get your deposit back plus. I even doubt Vanson would even show up to court. I'm glad I read this thread as a local Ducati dealer carries Vanson and I was considering buying some pants and a jacket. I'll stick with Dainese which I already own and like. Ara
