the best to start with is to change the front sprocket to a 14T (on less than stock)

with that you'll get more acceleration from your three first gears but most of all you will be able to use the first gear at much lower speeds in the city without riding the clutch so much. you also don't need to chnage the chain, just adjusting it will do.

after that, if you want it to pull even lower then you can try adding one tooth to the rear sprocket, but you might endup with the gearing to tow a boat... i remember how it was on my old monster, so i went back to 14T front and stock rear. [thumbsup]
